ServeGo Provider — Account Deletion
This page explains how ServeGo Provider users (service providers) can request deletion of their account and personal data.
How to request deletion
- In-app: Go to Profile → Account → Delete account (if available)
- Email: Send a request from your registered email to
support@servego.app
Subject: Delete my ServeGo Provider account
Include: your name, registered email/phone, and (optional) reason.
We’ll verify ownership before proceeding.
What we delete
- Profile & identity details
- Login credentials
- Uploaded media (portfolio photos, documents)
- In-app preferences & push notification tokens
- Chats/messages (deleted or anonymized where feasible)
What we may retain
- Payment/tax/transaction records
- Fraud-prevention & security logs
- Legal dispute records
Retained data is access-restricted and deleted once no longer required.
Timeline
- Acknowledge within 3 business days
- Delete/anonymize within 7–30 days
- Backups may persist up to 90 days
Third-party services
We use Firebase (Auth, Firestore/Storage, FCM) and Google Sign-In. We remove or anonymize your data with these providers in line with this policy.
