ServeGo – Privacy Policy

ServeGo collects only the data necessary to operate our mobile apps — ServeGo Provider and ServeGo Customer — such as account details, booking information, and diagnostics to improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Data we collect
- Account info (both apps): phone/email, name, profile, service categories, and language.
- Bookings & chat (both apps): messages and booking details for customer support and service delivery.
- Location (optional, both apps): used for service areas, finding/fulfilling jobs, and navigation. You can disable it in device settings.
- Notifications (both apps): device tokens are used to send booking updates and important alerts.
- Payments (customer app, if/when enabled): processed by third‑party payment providers; we store non-sensitive metadata only.
- Analytics & diagnostics (both apps): crash and performance data to improve app quality.
How we use data
- Provide core features (searching/creating bookings, chat, earnings/receipts).
- Send important updates (notifications about requests, status changes, and messages).
- Personalise content such as language and relevant service areas.
- Prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve reliability.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Limited sharing may occur with service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) strictly to operate the app, under data processing agreements.
Data retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
- Disable location permissions in your device settings at any time.
- Opt out of notifications in device settings.
- Request data access or deletion by contacting us.
Children
Our apps are intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

ServeGo – Terms of Service
By using the ServeGo apps (Provider and Customer), you agree to comply with applicable laws and use the services responsibly. Providers agree to deliver services with care; customers agree to submit accurate booking information. You are responsible for your account security and device.
Use of the app
- Accuracy: Information in profiles and bookings must be true and updated.
- Fair use: No harassment, spam, or attempts to disrupt the service.
- Provider duties: Show up on time, communicate clearly, and follow local regulations.
- Customer duties: Provide accurate addresses, availability, and payment details (if enabled).
Payments
For any in-app payments (if/when enabled), processing is handled by third-party payment providers under their terms and privacy notices. We may store non‑sensitive payment metadata (e.g., status, last 4 digits).
Liability
The apps are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServeGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms and the apps. We will update the “Last updated” date on this page for material changes.
